In our pastry shop the customers can taste not only Mantecadas but also a wide variety of traditional products: different types of almond sweets like : Amarguillos, Almendrados and Cinnamon Sponges, Home-made cookies, Tea biscuits, Cinnamon buns, a kind of doughnuts called Roscas de Castilla, cream puffs made with the famous and genuine cream from La Mallorquina, cakes (sponges cream and truffle, strawberry, Swiss rolls...).

In Christmas time we elaborate home-made nougats: almond, fruit, coconut, roasted almond, the traditional nougat from Cadiz, and also marzipan figurines, Capuchinas, which is a kind of pudding made with eggs, yolk and syrup, and the delicious but laborious spun egg.

For the festivity celebrated in the first of November, traditionally devoted to All Saints and All Souls, La Mallorquina elaborates an exceptionally tasty kind of fritters filled with cream called "buñuelos" and the typical marzipan roll shaped "Huesos de Santo".
